Birmingham Carers Hub Discovery Event
When: Wednesday 7 June 2023 between 10:30am and 2:30pm
Where: Touchbase Pears, 750 Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham B29 6NA
We are offering all those providing unpaid care to a family member or friend an opportunity to:
- enjoy free wellbeing activities such as yoga or massage
- get a free health check
- speak to a range of professionals and pick up information about support available for unpaid carers, or
- get advice on how to manage with the increased cost of living.
Free tea and coffee are available throughout the day. More details about the event and the rest of Carers Week will be out soon, so watch this space!

How to get here and Parking
The venue is fully accessible and disabled parking is available at the rear of the building via Selly Wharf, off Elliot Road (next to Vauxhall Lookers).
There is free on-road parking nearby on the neighbouring streets and the nearby retail park has free parking for up to 4 hours.
