Have you Experienced Mental Health Services?
Have you used mental health services, or do you provide care for someone who has used mental health services in Birmingham or Solihull? If so, can you contribute to service improvements?
Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (BSMHFT) has commissioned Rethink Mental Illness to gather feedback from people who have accessed mental health support via NHS services in Birmingnham and Solihull.
If you or the person that you provide care for has received mental health support via the NHS over the last few years, whether this is as an inpatient, those on Community Treatment Order (CTO), those supported via mental health teams, or those accessing talking therapies etc via their GP, you can help to develop the service.
By participating in the Experience of Mental Health Services campaign, your voice will provide insight into the experience of communities across Birmingham and Solihull when accessing and receiving mental health services. You can help inform service improvements and priorities.
To have your say and get involved, please e-mail: ExperienceofcareBSOL@rethink.org or complete this short online survey to give your feedback on your experiences of mental health services.
The Survey deadline is 31 May 2024.
