Digital Health Research – Gift Vouchers for Participants

Join a Co-Design process – Exploring Beliefs and Concerns Around Digital Health Services

The research team at Good Things Foundation would like unpaid Carers in Birmingham to take part in a project around barriers to accessing digital health services. This initiative is part of a partnership with the Health & Wellbeing Alliance.

About the Research
Good Things Foundation would like to understand the concerns and beliefs of unpaid Carers regarding digital health services, such as:

  • Online appointment booking platforms
  • Video consultations and therapy sessions
  • Health monitoring apps and wearables for monitoring health/symptoms
  • Home-based ‘virtual’ wards
  • Digital access to medical records

We would also like to ask your thoughts about:

  • Accessing a Carer’s Assessment online

The primary focus is on participants’ experiences with digital health services in primary care, including the NHS app, GP appointment bookings, prescription orders, health monitoring tools, and video consultations. We will also discuss a new online Carer’s Assessment opportunity to find out more about your thoughts and feelings about accessing Carer support online.

Workshop Details and Gift Cards
Participants will attend two workshops, where your insights will help shape solutions to improve access to digital health services. As a token of appreciation for your time, you will receive a £30 Love2shop Gift Card at the end of each session. Rest assured, this gift will not affect any benefits you may receive.
