Wellbeing Workshop for Carers
In order to provide the best support you can to the person you care for, it is really important that you care for yourself too. Midland Mencap host a variety of Wellbeing Workshops to ensure that you are safe and well so that you can manage stress and avoid feeling exhausted and burnt out.
