Walking into fitness for carers
Carers, are you struggling to get Fit? Are you lacking time to get Fit?
You may have been ill or been overwhelmed by care responsibility or just not been able to get started for so many reasons.
You might not be able to cope with full on in person session or struggle to travel to a class.
I am running a special programme called Walking into fitness. Starting Monday 25th April for 5 days, no other commitment
The aim is to help you get going and re-motivated with a 15 minute indoor walking class that you do at home in a Facebook group.
Starting 25th April, daily video at 9.30am, you can catch up at anytime that suits you!!
