Unpaid Carers Well-being Group – Birmingham

Do you look after someone who couldn’t manage without your help? Join Midland Mencap’s relaxed Well-being Group, a friendly and welcoming space to meet other unpaid Carers from across Birmingham.

The group is free to attend and offers an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences and useful information, and enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Some sessions may also include trips into the local community.
