Understanding Your Bereavement
Invite to an “Understanding Your Bereavement” Zoom session facilitated by Cruse Bereavement Care Birmingham
At Cruse we understand how bereavement can impact carers and how your grief journey can feel very different from other bereavement experiences.
We know that being a carer is hard work and it can mean making huge sacrifices in your life. The amount of time that you have been a carer will depend on your circumstances, but in all likelihood, you will have experienced some aspects of grieving whilst your loved one was alive. Regardless of how prepared you felt, we know that after their death there will still be grieving to be done and you might be feeling lost and confused about what to do with your life moving forward.
We would like to invite you to a friendly online session where we can hopefully give you something that will support you through this difficult time in your life.
- There will be a short and simple presentation that will help you understand what you are experiencing as a grieving person.
- There will also be some tips around how you can cope with your loss and navigate your grief journey more effectively.
- There will also an opportunity to chat and ask questions at the end if you want to.
The session will be at 4pm on the 6th of July 2021. You will need a phone, tablet, or PC (best option) to attend the session. Please contact birmingham@cruse.org.uk for more details if you are interested in attending.
