Join for an afternoon of music, laughter, and friendship at our dementia-friendly tea dances.

Everyone is welcome – people living with dementia, their carers, family, and friends. Enjoy music, gentle dancing, and a delicious afternoon tea in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

It’s a chance to share smiles, make memories, and celebrate the joy of dancing together.
