Support for Bereaved Carers

Cruse Bereavement Support runs in-person support groups for carers who have suffered a bereavement. These groups will help you discuss your loss with others who have had a similar experience and have some sense of what you are going through.

The informal groups are run on a Wednesday morning in Birmingham city centre, with excellent transport connections and a safe, discreet location.

You can speak or just listen. The event is free and will meet weekly from the end of January.
