In a recent survey that was carried out, citizens identified that Information, advice and guidance (IAG) for people with adult social care and support needs was highlighted as a priority.
This meeting will be discussing the work Birmingham City Council has been undertaking over the last twelve months to improve its IAG and also seeking your views about how we can continue improving.
We would like your help to understand:
• Is adult social care on the right track with its IAG?
• What else can be done to improve IAG?
