Music for Respite
Join Midland Mencap and Quench Arts for a free music-making group (Music for respite) so unpaid carers can come together for a break and a bit of fun.
All musical styles & cultures valued. No previous experience is required. Financial support for backfill carer costs for the person cared for can be refunded.
When: Tuesdays, 1-3pm:
Dates: 7th Nov ‘23 – 30th Jan ‘24 (with a break over Christmas, so no sessions on 19th & 26th Dec or 2nd Jan)

Carers can also claim backfill costs if you have to pay any costs to have your cared for supported while you are attending. This can be a friend or family member and does not need to be from a paid service.
