Join the ENNS and MIDLAND MENCAP online to explore Check and Connect, that supports adults with learning disabilities!

This online interactive session is here to help you learn why regular Annual Health Checks are so important for people with additional needs. You’ll get a chance to talk about the health and wellbeing of those you support, share experiences and ask questions.
