In person Tai Chi for Carers
Birmingham Buddhist Centre will run Tai Chi for a small socially distanced group on Tuesdays from 11.45am-12.45pm. You need to book each session here. New sessions will be listed from time to time so do check back to see if a new session has opened for booking. There is no charge for these sessions.
Tai Chi involves gentle flowing movements which help with relaxation, balance, flexibility and fitness. There are standing and sitting options suitable for all abilities.
