Family Boxercisen Autism Friendly Workshops

Come along term time on Monday evening at Shelly Farm Community Centre in Solihull for Family Boxercisen.

Accessible activities for people with additional needs to develop strength and focus, reduce social anxiety and build confidence. It’s designed to support families to be more active together and enjoy a variety of targeted and fun activities including sparring, weight-bearing, coordination and agility.

Age 6+, £6pp, 1 adult must take part per family, term time only. Online session Tuesday 5pm, £10 per session.
