No booking is required, just call in to either the morning session or the afternoon session to get FREE digital support. Laptops will be available for you to use, or you can bring your own phone, tablet or laptop.

  • Find out how to apply for your FREE Carers ID Card with support with the online form
  • Find out how to use Bridgit – Birmingham Carers Hub’s virtual assistant for Carers
  • Learn how to book on eventbrite so that you can access free events for Carers
  • Learn how to use Zoom so that you can join online Carer support groups and chats
  • Learn how to use Birmingham Carers Hub’s Benefits Calculator to find out what state benefits you are entiled to
  • Find out how to download and use the NHS App
  • Plus ask anything else you would like to know to help you get digitally connected.

The morning session is 10 am until 12 noon and the afternoon session is 12.30 pm – 2.30 pm – you do not need to stay for the whole session, just drop-in between those times to get advice. The workshops are delivered by Birmingham Adult Education and held at the:
