Day Breaks for Carers at Holland House
The days will include the chance to take part in a range of activities: body based movements ie. yoga/tai chi, walks, wellbeing spaces, meditation, art activities, and time to enjoy being in the countryside.
Date: Choice of either: Tuesday 11th April or Monday 19th June
Time: All day – meeting at 9am for the coach, returning back around 6:30

Requirements: You or your cared for must live in Birmingham, and be a registered Carer with Birmingham Carers Hub, or be willing to be registered. Register with Birmingham Carers Hub here.
Venue: Holland House in Evesham, but transport will be arranged and leaving from the Birmingham Buddhist Centre in Moseley.
