Christmas Wreath-Making & FREE Lunch

Did you know getting creative can help decrease anxiety, and improve your overall sense of wellbeing and happiness? Vital when you’re busy juggling caring responsibilities, and the run-up to Christmas.

Barefoot Birmingham brings together Lisa Barber (florist) and Kam Bola (life coach) to offer you a relaxing morning of festive wreath-making, followed by a delicious lunch. And of course you get to take your wreath home, and impress the neighbours!

The wreath workshops would usually cost £40, but Barefoot is offering to Carers for just £5 (to cover basic materials) – and providing free lunch too! Be quick though, only 15 places available.
