Caring for Carers Dementia Support Group – Evening Session
If you struggle to attend daytime dementia support groups due to work and caring commitments, we host weekly evening sessions.
Our Caring for Carers – Dementia Support Groups are specifically for carers of people with dementia or memory problems living in Birmingham.
As our face-to-face Carers Groups are still not possible, we are pleased to offer you our Zoom Carers Group!
This weekly, one hour ‘virtual meeting’ will give you the opportunity to speak to other carers in a similar situation, share experiences and listen. Led by our experienced Dementia Group Co-Ordinator, Barbara, the group will also be a place which will provide direction, information, emotional support and signposting to appropriate help, wherever you are on your caring journey.
To join the meeting, you will need a phone, tablet, laptop or computer with access to Wi-Fi. If you are unfamiliar with Zoom, please don’t worry, Barbara will be able to support you with the joining process, just give her a call on 0121 553 6483.
