Carers Zoom at Noon- Respite Hour

Carer Zoom at Noon is a monthly Carers Group where every last Wednesday of the month Carers can meet other Carers online via Zoom. A space for you to share your experiences, have a cuppa tea and a chat and have some time away from your usual routine.

We understand that many Carers have not been able to access respite and have some time out, therefore every other month there will be a planned activity/guest speaker at the group to help people in a Caring role to have some fun and experience something new.

On Wednesday 31st March, Women & Theatre will be joining Carers Zoom at Noon! They will be talking about their Community Performance Club project and ways to get involved with activities taking place this year. Women & Theatre will also lead a few short drama games where you can join on, be in the moment, have some fun and hopefully have a short break from your Caring responsibilities.
