Carers Wellbeing & Dementia Support Group – Cotteridge

Every second Thursday of each month – 1pm – 2pm

Cotteridge Church Day Centre, 24 Pershore Road (South), Cotteridge, Birmingham, B30 3EJ.

Our face-to-face Carers Wellbeing & Dementia Support Group meeting will give you the opportunity to meet other carers in a similar situation, share experiences and listen. The group is a place that provides direction, information, emotional support and signposting to appropriate help, wherever you are on your caring journey.

Please note that there is a maximum of 15 places available at our face-to-face group meetings.

Please be assured that Covid-19 safety measures are followed – we want everyone to feel safe when joining us in person at a group.

We ask for a £2 contribution towards refreshments and activities, this is payable upon arrival at the venue.
