We are offering all those providing unpaid care to a family member or friend an opportunity to:
- Enjoy free wellbeing activities such as yoga or massage
- Get a free health check
- Speak to a range of professionals and pick up information about support available for unpaid carers
- Get advice on how to manage with the increased cost of living.
Free tea and coffee available throughout the day.
– The venue is fully accessible and free parking is available to those who have limited mobility due to on going work at the centre . This is at the rear of the building via Selly Wharf, off Elliot Road (next to Vauxhall Lookers).
-There is also FREE on road parking nearby on the neighbouring streets.
