Carers’ group sessions are a fantastic way to meet other carers like yourself, find out information, seek advice and do something for you.

Neil’s Carer Group

Neil is an expert by experience and works to raise awareness and support other carers on a voluntary basis as a Forward Carers Ambassador.

This Carers group held at The Oaks Medical Centre. There is no need to be registered with the practice to attend these sessions. Come along and meet other Carers, share and receive information and advice from each other, hear talks from professionals and find out where to find other support that is out there. Each month we have different key topics and expert speakers – either professionals or experts by experience.

This month, the topic of the talk will be strokes. However, all carers are welcome.
