Carers Chill and Chat
Join Sharda for Carers Chill & Chat.
It does exactly what it says! Sharda, who is herself a carer. This session is about relaxation. So free to grab a hot drink before joining. You’ll find friendly chat, mindful relaxation and breathing techniques.
If this is your first time joining a group please don’t worry. You are not the first, and this is a very welcoming group.
We understand that you may need to be off camera briefly, if you have other commitments so feel free to do so if needed.
These sessions run on the last Monday of each month.
