A deeply relaxing afternoon of journaling, gentle yoga, head & shoulder massage (fully clothed) and self-care. There will also be time to share experiences of caring over a cup of tea. Light a candle, burn some incense, have a pillow/cushion and a blanket on hand and join Kam Bola for some me-time.
A 30 minute mindful movement session, focused on opening up the body to release tension by moving at a steady pace followed by 15 minutes of deep rest / guided meditation to relax the mind.
No experience of mindfulness or movement is required, just an open mind and an intention to relax. A yoga mat / gym mat, or some kind of non-slip surface to stand on.
You’ll finish the session feeling deliciously calm, clear and re-charged for the day ahead.
Stay on after for tea and chat, put the kettle on and we’ll have a virtual cuppa together.
