Come and discover the support available to you. The event is specifically designed to help unpaid Carers like you understand the resources and services that can make a significant difference in your caring role. This event is free to attend and we’ve got you covered with:

  • complimentary refreshments
  • and wellbeing activities
  • massage and yoga
