Age Connects | Communitea Café Dementia Drop-in

Dementia Action Week 2026 is an important opportunity for unpaid Carers to access advice, guidance, and reassurance from experienced dementia advisors within their community. If you are supporting someone living with dementia and need practical or emotional support,join this friendly drop-in session, offering a safe space to talk and get the help you need.

Delivered by Age Connects West Midlands, these sessions are designed to be informal and accessible—no appointment needed.

These drop-ins are a chance to chat with dementia advisors, ask questions, and meet others who understand what caring for someone with dementia can feel like.
