Free Day Centre
The person that you provide care for will be looked after by an Extra Care staff member who is a trained Dementia and Mental Health Wellbeing Enabler who is qualified in first aid and moving and assisting. From 11.30 am until 12.30 pm, the person who you care for will enjoy a Singing for the Brain session. Places must be pre-booked using this form.
