ACP provide a range of activities as part of their Women’s Wellbeing Hub such as a Ladies Run Club on Mondays, Womens’s Yoga on Tuesday, Stretch, Breath and Relax on Wednesday, Journal and Chat on Thursday and Bhangracise on Friday.
