Racket Ball Session for Carers

Looking for a chance to get active, meet others, and take some time for yourself? Midland Mencap is hosting a friendly and inclusive racket ball session for unpaid Carers in Sutton Coldfield.

This free session is a great opportunity to try something new, enjoy light physical activity, and connect with other Carers in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you’re completely new to racket sports or just want a fun way to move more, everyone is welcome.

What to expect:

• A free, welcoming session for Carers
• Simple, fun racket ball games suitable for all abilities
• Time to meet and chat with other Carers
• A chance to boost your wellbeing through gentle activity
