NEW Lifestyle Check Service for Carers
As 2024 approaches, one of your New Year’s Resolutions may be to start addressing any health concerns that you may have. Thanks to funding from Forward Carers, Carers can receive a free mini Lifestyle Check courtesy of Gateway Family Services Carers@Heart service.
Looking after someone who depends on you can invest a significant amount of time and energy and you can easily neglect yourself. The Carers@Heart service will allow you the opportunity to prioritise your health and wellbeing.
Prevention and early intervention are the most effective ways to address health problems. Identifying any concerns early provides the necessary support for individuals to make lasting lifestyle changes.
