Sofa Pilates

Sofa Pilates are Short 1/2 hour affordable classes. They take 1/2 the time and effort to attend so are 1/2 the price. Run by me Kumbi Gwatidzo after 25 years as a physiotherapist and fully qualified  Pilates instructor and movement specialist, I realised that the quality of my patients’ lives is dependent on the quality of life and well being of those who care for them £4.50 per class on Fridays 2pm Pilates Basics and 1pm Pilates advanced.
