If you are supporting someone living with dementia and need practical or emotional support\,join this friendly drop-in session\, offering a safe space to talk and get the help you need. \nDelivered by Age Connects West Midlands\, these sessions are designed to be informal and accessible—no appointment needed. \nJoin us on Wednesday 20th May | 12 pm – 1pm | Sutton Coldfield URC\, 1 Brassington Avenue\, B73 6AA \nThese drop-ins are a chance to chat with dementia advisors\, ask questions\, and meet others who understand what caring for someone with dementia can feel like. \nCaring can be tough\, but you do not have to manage it alone.
