DESCRIPTION:GOLDD – Growing Older with Learning Disabilities & Dementia has a specialist zoom group every Thursday at 11am on Zoom. This is a chance for Carers who support those with learning disabilities and dementia to discuss their experience and provide peer to peer support in a relaxed friendly environment. \nWellbeing sessions\nWe are providing regular 1-1 wellbeing calls to provide support to Carers.
