Enjoy relaxation tasters, massages, and seated yoga to help you unwind.

Delight in live performances that will lift your spirits and add joy to the day.

We are honoured to welcome Stuart Lackenby, Executive Director of Adult Social Care and Health, who will share his vision for Birmingham Carers and highlight the city’s commitment to supporting Carers.
