Young Adult Carers – weekly drop in with YMCA Sutton Coldfield

What?

This is an informal social engagement group where young adult carers can meet and socialise with others in similar situation. We can help you access information and provide individual life coaching including personal development, raising self esteem and belief and ways to improve health and well being. Come along! We’re a friendly bunch.

We also offer other services including:

Targeted Family Support -intensive young career centred family support, assessments and multi agency response/ referrals and life coaching
Respite opportunities – trips and outings in school holidays and short breaks
School engagement programme – flexible one-to-one young carer support, drop-ins, peer-to-peer mentoring,

Who is this for?

The group is for any young carer aged 18-25 years.

Where and When?

The group meets weekly on Tuesdays from 1pm – 3pm @ Coffee #1, 69 – 73 the Parade, Gracechurch, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1PD
