Join us for The Carers Coffee Morning Space, a welcoming and supportive environment for women who are unpaid Carers.

Held every Tuesday, this informal gathering provides an opportunity to connect with other Carers, share experiences, access peer support and take some time for yourself. Whether you’d like to chat with others who understand the challenges of caring or simply enjoy a relaxed coffee morning, everyone is welcome.

The session also offers optional journal writing activities to support wellbeing, self-reflection and personal growth.

Come along to meet other Carers, build connections and take a positive step towards looking after your own wellbeing.
