Nurturing ADHD Kids online course morning group

Do you care for a child with ADHD or suspected ADHD?
Join us to find out how to support them AND improve your own wellbeing.
Led by an adult with ADHD who has raised ADHD children, learn about the current understanding of the ADHD brain, get practical tips and strategies and meet other parents with similar experiences
These courses are free for families in Birmingham.
Children do not need to have already received the diagnosis – we work with families who are on the assessment pathway as well.
The course is online, 90 minutes a week for six weeks.
This course starts on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 10am
