NHS Falls Prevention

The Falls Prevention team will be visiting Northfield Shopping Centre to give free advice and information to citizens. The team will also be checking the ferrule (rubber bottom) of walking aids, and replacing any which are worn, free of charge. Please come along to find out more about falls prevention and ageing well. All are welcome.
