On Tuesday 14th July, Gateway Family Services are back at Sense TouchBase Pears offering free mini lifestyle checks for Carers. 

They’ll check BMI, blood pressure and atrial fibrillation in a quick 10–15 minute appointment.  

These checks can support unpaid Carers to address potential health challenges to help you stay healthy and happy.

As always, our Friendly Forward Carers staff will also be on hand to lend a listening ear and guide you towards appropriate support and information.
