Check and Connect @ Forward Carers Drop-in

Do you care for someone over 14 with a Learning Disability? Come along to our drop in on Tuesday 12th May to find out more about Midland Mencap and Check and Connect. 

Check and Connect is a service devoted to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to access the correct health support.  

Drop by to learn how to get on the Learning Disability Register, what to expect from a health check, and how it can support you to stay well. 

Friendly staff will be on hand to answer your questions, talk things through, and connect you to the right support.
