Carers@Heart will be coming to Sense Touch base Pears on Tuesday 10th February 2026 to deliver free health and lifestyle checks. 

The checks will last around 10-15 minutes, and will provide BMI, Blood Pressure and other health checks. 

They offer support with healthy eating, being more active, behavioural changes, and community signposting.
