Carers Wellbeing Workshops on Zoom
Join Midland Mencap on Zoom every Wednesday for 4 weeks, starting on the 15th September 10:00am-1:00pm.
Over the 4 weeks we will be covering:
- Building Emotional Resilience after Covid-19,
- Building Confidence and Self-Esteem after Covid-19,
- Sleep Well and Relaxation and
- Mental Health Awareness in Children and Young People.
These sessions are aimed to improved overall wellbeing and learn practical interventions to implement into your day-to-day routines.
These sessions will be delivered via Zoom so you can join us in the comfort of your own home.
