This weekly session offers a warm, relaxed space for local Carers to connect with others, share experiences, take a break, and access friendly support and signposting.

Caring can be exhausting, and this is an excellent chance to refuel whilst gaining knowledge and advice which could support you in your Caring role.

The event is free for all, but primarily aimed at those living within the Erdington Neighbourhood Network Service.
