We’re so excited to welcome Alisha Friday, a Liverpool-based (previously Birmingham based) visual and community artist, to lead a unique series of Autistic Parent Art Sessions starting on Thursday afternoons from June 5th.

Alisha brings years of experience working with vulnerable and marginalised communities through creativity. As a neurodivergent mother of two neurodivergent children, she understands just how complex, beautiful, and challenging the parenting journey can be—especially when the world isn’t built with you in mind.

These sessions are a chance to:

✨ Reflect on your parenting journey

🎭 Reconnect with who you were before becoming a parent

🎨 Express yourself through creative portraiture and illustration

🧠 Be seen, heard, and valued in an inclusive, non-judgemental space

Each week, you’ll explore a different chapter of your story using art, guided reflection, and gentle prompts—no prior art experience needed!

Let’s shift the focus back to you. Your story matters. Your creativity matters. You matter.

đź“… Starting Thursday, June 5th (afternoons)
